Do you require a prepayment for your photography services?Yes, we typically request a prepayment or deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is essential to reserve the date and time of your event or photo session.

How much is the prepayment, and when is it due?The prepayment amount may vary depending on the type and duration of the event or session. We'll provide you with the specific prepayment amount and the due date when you receive your personalized quote. Typically, prepayments are due shortly after booking to secure your date and usually constitute 20 to 30 percent of the total amount.

How long should I wait for the pictures?The delivery time for your event photos can vary based on several factors, including the type and duration of the event and the extent of editing required. As a general guideline, you can typically expect to receive your edited photos within the next business day or in 1-2 business days following the event. We understand that you may have specific needs for prompt photo delivery, and we offer two options: 1) Same-Day Express Delivery: For those who require their event photos in a hurry, we provide same-day express delivery. This option ensures you receive your edited photos on the very day of the event or shortly thereafter. 2) Immediate Event Highlights: In some cases, especially for events lasting several hours, we can provide you with a selection of the most important or standout photos during the event itself. These early highlights can be useful for immediate sharing or for reliving key moments before the full set of photos is ready. We work diligently to provide you with high-quality edited photos as promptly as possible, considering your specific needs and any express delivery requests.

What equipment do you use?I use a professional Nikon mirrorless camera and lenses for various purposes. The equipment covers all the necessary ranges for professional photography, from 14mm to 200mm. Additionally, I used prime lenses such as the 35mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.4. Using high-quality lenses with a wide aperture (f/1.4) is crucial for better event and portrait photos as they provide exceptional background separation and smooth bokeh, making them perfect for portrait and low-light shots.

For a typical 1-2 hour event, you can expect to receive a minimum of 70 to 100 edited photos. For longer events with extensive programs, such as conferences or multi-day weddings, the number of edited photos will be proportionally higher to ensure comprehensive coverage. The goal is to capture all the essential moments and details, focusing on quality over quantity. The final number of pictures provided aims to tell the story of your event, capturing the highlights and atmosphere. It's always a good idea to discuss your expectations and coverage requirements with your photographer to ensure you're on the same page regarding the quantity and style of photos you desire.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
