  • Can you travel to shoot events at different locations?
    Yes, I'm available across the UK and Europe. Travel expenses may apply for locations outside my base in Chester.
  • Do you offer retouching and editing services for the photos?
    Yes, all our photos and videos undergo professional editing to ensure the best possible quality and aesthetics. The selected photos go through a meticulous editing process to enhance their quality, including colour correction, retouching, and other adjustments as needed.
  • What types of events do you cover?
    I specialize in a wide range of events, including corporate conferences, trade shows and exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, wedding parties, hens and stags, family gatherings, birthday parties, proms and graduation ceremonies, engagement parties, award ceremonies, charity events and more.
  • Can you capture both candid and posed shots at events?
    Yes, I can capture both candid and posed shots at events. Candid shots are great for capturing genuine and spontaneous moments while posed shots can be used to create more formal and structured images. It all depends on the style and purpose of the event photography.
  • Can we schedule a consultation to discuss our event photography needs?
    Absolutely, I encourage consultations to discuss your unique requirements and vision for your event. You can schedule a consultation through my website or just text me directly to WhatsApp.
  • What equipment do you use?
    I use a professional Nikon mirrorless camera and lenses for various purposes. The equipment covers all the necessary ranges for professional photography, from 14mm to 200mm. Additionally, I used prime lenses such as the 35mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.4. Using high-quality lenses with a wide aperture (f/1.4) is crucial for better event and portrait photos as they provide exceptional background separation and smooth bokeh, making them perfect for portrait and low-light shots.
  • What is your photography style for events and corporate shoots?
    My style is a blend of documentary photojournalistic and traditional photography. I capture candid moments as well as group shots to provide comprehensive coverage of your event.
  • How many pictures will I get from the event?
    The number of pictures you receive from the event can vary and depends on several factors. These factors include the type of event, the event program, the number of people attending, the level of activity and intensity during the event, and any specific requests or coverage preferences you may have. For a typical 1-2 hour event, you can expect to receive a minimum of 70 to 100 edited photos. For longer events with extensive programs, such as conferences or multi-day expos or team-buildings, the number of edited photos will be proportionally higher to ensure comprehensive coverage. The goal is to capture all the essential moments and details, focusing on quality over quantity. The final number of pictures provided aims to tell the story of your event, capturing the highlights and atmosphere. It's always a good idea to discuss your expectations and coverage requirements with me to ensure you're on the same page regarding the quantity and style of photos you desire.
  • Do you require a prepayment for your photography services?
    Yes, I typically request a prepayment or deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is essential to reserve the date and time of your event or photo session.
  • How much is the prepayment, and when is it due?
    The prepayment amount may vary depending on the type and duration of the event or session. Typically, prepayments are due shortly after booking to secure your date and usually constitute 20 to 30 percent of the total amount.
  • What is your pricing structure for event and corporate photography?
    My pricing is customized based on the type and duration of the event, location, and any additional services you require. Contact me for a personalized quote.
  • How long should I wait for the pictures?
    The delivery time for your photos can vary based on several factors. As a general guideline, for event shoots, you can typically expect to receive your edited photos within the next business day or in 1-2 business days following the event. I understand that you may have specific needs for prompt photo delivery, and I offer two options: 1) Same-Day Express Delivery: For those who require their event photos in a hurry, I provide same-day express delivery. This option ensures you receive your edited photos on the very day of the event or shortly thereafter. 2) Immediate Event Highlights: In some cases, especially for events lasting several hours, I can provide you with a selection of the most important or standout photos during the event itself. These early highlights can be useful for immediate sharing or for reliving key moments before the full set of photos is ready. For other shooting, such as business headshots or portraits, the average delivery time is on average up to 1 week. This time is necessary to ensure that pictures are retouched to the highest standards and attention to detail.
  • How far in advance should I book your services for my event?
    I'd recommend booking my services at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular event dates.
  • How do I receive the final photos after the event?
    Your photos will be provided to you through a secure online gallery for easy viewing and downloading. Physical media options are also available upon request.
